HISTORY

Starting in business by buying and selling stainless steel in 1995 in Zeytinburnu,İstanbul, , Cemsun Stainless moved to its plants in Kıraç-Esenyurt in 2006. Having the slitting line in the facility in the same year, Cemsun Stainless had extra one slitting line, length shearing line in 2007 and added stoning and brushing lines in 2008.
Adding the 3.rd slitting line in 2010, Cemsun Stainless continues its efforts on enhancing machinery and production capacity.
Built quality management system in the constitution in 2007 and revised the quality management system successfully by having ISO 9001:2008 version in 2009. We again crowned with KALDER membership in 2009 due to the importance we gave to quality.
In 2010, we started to have counselling on Labour Safety. We aim to have OHSAS labour safety and management certificate in 2011. We are known by our exportation to most important firms in the steel sector in the World.
We took our place in the greatest second 500 firms list declared by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce in 2010. Constantly acting with an increasing momentum and developing, Cemsun Stainless won an important and respectable seat in steel service centres.

A VIEW AT CEMSUN

Forming raw materials of the most industries , the development of stainless steel increased in last 40 years. The stainless ,steel suitable for all kinds of usage, having different qualities and different chemical values and mechanical features were developed and these constantly enhanced their markets finding wide usages in time. Stainless steel became the most preferred raw material since it is tough, its corrosion resistance to very high and low heats and the maintenance costs are thus low and therefore the cost lowers in long terms .
Cemsun Stainless aims to produce extra value in rising stainless steel usage graphics in terms of national concept and %100 domestic capital and it continues to work both with management and production labour in a full cooperation. Cemsun Stainless is one of the important steel suppliers where steel is used in White good, industrial kitchen, automotive, machinery, cooling-heating, pipe and resistance, decoration etc. Also, the flat product variety found always in our stocks makes us special in the sector.
The 316 // 316 l // 304 // 304 l // 430 quality flat products are always found in our stocks and thus is an indispensable resource for the producers. We serve all kinds of steel that is in wide range of 0,30-6,00 mm.
Our daily galvanize processing capacity is nearly 70 tones slittering, 20 tones length cutting, 15 tones stoning/brushing and that is totally 50.000 tones yearly; all our production employees are at least high school graduates and the managerial team is at least university or college graduates. Our 25 years old average, highly young , dynamic and engaged to ideals staff walks to future with secure steps.
